What is a Genome?

All your genetic information is called genome (a set of genetic code). Your genome is made up of a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and is stored in nearly every cell in your body. Human genome consists of 3.2 billions of repetitive units of DNA, called nucleotides.
